News release: SalesPad names Dan Hodgson as Vice President of Operations

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – SalesPad, a Grand Rapids-based software company, today announced Dan Hodgson has been promoted to Vice President of Operations.

Hodgson joined SalesPad in 2011 as a customer representative on the company’s technical support team. He held numerous roles within the company, eventually working his way up to be named VP of Operations.

“Dan has demonstrated outstanding leadership as a SalesPad employee and always goes above and beyond to make sure our product implementation runs smoothly and that customers are happy,” said Matt Williams, SalesPad President. “Dan is the king of efficiency – constantly measuring and reporting on how long it takes to complete tasks and finding ways to make our processes more efficient. Dan will be a great addition to our leadership team and we look forward to his growth in this role.”

Over the last six years, Hodgson has held numerous roles including Implementation Specialist, Manager of Implementation & Support Services and most recently, Director of Professional Services and Support.

In his new role as Vice President of Operations, Hodgson will oversee SalePad’s support, project management, implementation and development teams. He will also create and manage budgets and personnel plans for 2018.
