SalesPad pulls together a design team to create open office layout with new furniture from Custer Inc.
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – SalesPad, a Grand Rapids-based software company, announced today it completed finishing touches to its new office space located at 3351 Claystone St. SE, Suite 100. With the help of Custer Inc., a family-owned full-service workplace design company, the office is now equipped with furniture to sustain employee engagement, growth, development and creativity for years to come.
“We partnered with Custer because we were looking for furniture that would complement our outside-of-the-box thinking, and help stimulate a creative and collaborative work environment so our employees can share ideas and stay connected,” said Matt Williams, SalesPad President.
SalesPad worked closely with Rebecca Ballema, owner of rbID, for interior design services and brought in Custer to identify furniture solutions. With the removal of the internal walls, SalesPad’s office is now an open-concept with four distinct workspaces and a kitchen/social area in the center. The open 30,000-square-foot floorplan supports product demonstrations, workshops and trainings vital to the success of employees and the performance of SalesPad. Custer helped shape an environment that fosters productivity in the workplace by providing Steelcase tables and chairs including Lagunitas, Groupwork, Alight Ottomans, Campfire Skate tables, Campfire Lounges and Screens, and BluDot lounge chairs.

SalesPad completed their office expansion and move in May 2017. The new office accommodates their fast-growing team of more than 100 employees and lineup of new products including SalesPad Desktop and SalesPad Cloud.
