CAVALLO PANELS'23 Users Conference for Software

PANELS’23 — Everything You Need to Know

PANELS’23 is right around the corner, and so is your unique opportunity to unleash your business’s productivity and profitability alongside hundreds of other users.

At Cavallo, we’re obsessed with the success of our customers, so our annual user conference is our absolute favorite time of the year. It’s an opportunity to hear from the industry’s top thought leaders and innovators, to engage with colleagues during live customer panels and learn their strategies for overcoming obstacles, and to meet the team behind our software for in-depth demos and all-day technical support.

We’re raising the stakes at this year’s PANELS, by setting up our users to be more profitable and competitive than ever before—and we want you to be a part of it.

To get ready for our value-packed conference this August 7–9, here’s everything you need to know.

All New in 2023

With a record-breaking 14 sponsors this year, PANELS’23 will provide attendees with tons of connections, growth, and relationship-building opportunities with partners and colleagues in the field.

With it being Cavallo’s 20th anniversary, we’ve curated a stellar lineup of speakers, breakout sessions, evening events, and networking opportunities to make 2023 our best user conference yet. This year, the dynamic duo of Bob McAdam and Megan De Freitas will kick off PANELS as co-hosts, and entertain attendees throughout the event.

Also on Day 1, we’ll welcome world-renowned keynote speaker David Rowan to the main stage for his session entitled “AI may be the future—but what does it mean for your business today?” As founding Editor-in-Chief of WIRED magazine in the UK, an avid researcher of cutting edge tech, and a bestselling author on practical means of innovation, David is well-equipped to guide attendees through actionable insights they can take tomorrow to prepare their businesses for emerging technologies.

While PANELS’23 brings exciting developments, one tradition we’re keeping is next-level hospitality. It’s important to us that our attendees are well-fed, have comfortable lodging, and plenty of opportunities to connect with one another both inside and outside the conference walls.

Experience Grand Rapids

PANELS’23 is returning to Cavallo’s hometown of Grand Rapids, MI—a vibrant city with nationally acclaimed restaurants and tourist attractions. To help you get around town, here are some helpful links:

Evening Events & Dress Code

We’re treating our attendees to three stellar venues for the PANELS’23 evening events. Monday’s Welcome Reception will take place at the JW Marriott’s Jdek—an outdoor restaurant in one of Grand Rapids’ most popular hotels with a stunning view of the Grand River.

On Tuesday, we’re inviting attendees to Max’s South Seas Hideaway for a tiki-themed outing with drinks and appetizers. Leis will be provided at the door, so come in your best tropical attire—sundresses and Hawaiian shirts are encouraged!

Following Wednesday’s closing session, a final reception will be hosted at Wolfgang Puck, a highly-acclaimed restaurant praised by GR locals and tourists alike, conveniently located in the Amway Grand Plaza.

During the day, comfortable business casual attire is suggested. For each of our evening events, we recommend dressing for warm weather and bringing a light jacket if desired.
