Workflows are the grease in SalesPad’s order processing engine. They have the capability of automating a long list of steps and checks that any given order must travel through on its way out the door. Workflows evaluate sales documents based on sets of rules and criteria, then perform certain actions on the document (such as forwarding the document to the next step in the workflow, or generating an alert that the document needs a manager’s approval). And they’re entirely customizable.
