Director of Marketing

Front Desk Administrative Assistant

SalesPad is seeking a full time Front Desk Administrative Assistant to act as the primary contact with company guests and callers. Essential duties include monitoring and operating the phone system, offering hospitality, performing clerical support duties, running office errands, and maintaining cleanliness of the office spaces. The Front Desk Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for supporting the Executive Team on a daily basis with various tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

 

A typical day for the Front Desk Administrative Assistant would include:

  • Answering all incoming calls that are directed to the Operator; taking accurate messages as needed;
  • Greeting all guests and offering hospitality;
  • Ensuring that the office remains clean and organized throughout the day (occasional light janitorial work – cleaning kitchens, vacuuming and trash removal);
  • Sorting incoming mail; preparing outgoing mail, delivering outgoing mail and packages to the post office at the end of the day as needed;

Product Manager

As Product Manager, you are the consummate team player, adept at managing relationships, collaborating and influencing across a variety of organizational functions. You will guide a product team that is charged with a product’s contribution to our business, building new products and increasing the profitability of existing products. In addition, you will help develop new ideas based on your contact with customers and prospects.

 

You should be prepared to make decisions with imperfect information, know how to lead without authority and be comfortable managing chaos, ambiguity and complexity. Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant

Intacct Implementation Consultants support our clients by implementing Sage Intacct along with our SalesPad Cloud integration. The consultant is responsible for providing business process consulting, system configuration, technical assistance, training, and support to ensure customer success.


As a Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant, the typical day includes: 

  • Setting up and configuring Sage Intacct according to customer business requirements
  • Training end-users on the Intacct & SalesPad Cloud systems
  • Assisting customers with data conversions

Software Developer

Developers perform a variety of programming tasks that require experience in established object-oriented programming paradigms. They are responsible for maintaining and modifying SalesPad’s software, which include products in the Microsoft™ Dynamics GP and Intuit™ QuickBooks spaces. Developers are members of a team, working on customer troubleshooting, debugging, new feature implementation, and computer systems architecture.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Execute full Agile software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Implement new features using product owner specifications.
  • Testing, debugging and troubleshooting; utilizing the appropriate technology.

The Software Implementation Consultant plays a key role in the implementation of SalesPad software by providing business process consulting, system configuration, technical assistance, and training. The Software Implementation Consultant is responsible for ensuring the customer’s success in using SalesPad software to improve their overall business performance.

  • Using technical skills to successfully implement SalesPad software
  • Providing business process, software, and project expertise to clients
  • Performing business requirements analysis based on feedback from clients during project kickoff calls

Territory Manager

SalesPad is seeking a driven Territory Manager to expand our product’s footprint in the market. This role will focus on converting inbound and outbound new opportunities to close. A successful candidate is a persistent go-getter with strong communication skills to cultivate relationships from first contact. The candidate should also be a self-starter and willing to dig deep to reach or exceed quota.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Sell our product line to prospective clients while using an outcomes based approach
  • Work closely with our technical sales team to present products to prospective clients

UX/UI Designer

SalesPad is seeking a strong UX/UI Designer who will develop and execute design solutions for our software products in order to create an intuitive and robust user experience.

 

As a UX/UI Designer, the typical day includes:

 

  • Utilizing research, studying detailed analytics and applying interaction design principles to develop effective UX design strategies
  • Strongly representing the user in team discussions and all design phases
  • Preparing production files, documentation and specs for developers
  • Designing and implementing prototypes, mock ups, task analysis, personas, usability studies, user flows, wireframes, style guides, and navigational structures
  • Developing excellent interface layout, interface design, visual design, interaction design, and visual guidelines
  • Working with product managers, developers and QA to build and improve finished products
  • Contributing to the team’s overall understanding of product relevance and user behavior
  • Continually driving improvements in usability and interactivity based on feedback, data and design trends inside and outside of the company

 

This is the job for you if:

 

  • You have B.S./B.A. degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Information Design, Interaction Design or related field is preferred
  • You have 3+ years of experience designing and prototyping product for web, mobile, iOS and Android platforms
  • You have experience in interaction design and application of user-centered design principles
  •  You possess knowledge of HTML, CSS, C# and Front End Design
  • You are proficient in Adobe CS, particularly Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
  • You are experienced in solving a broad range of UX design problems
  •  You are comfortable in a fast-paced, interactive and creative environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously
  •  You pay strong attention to detail with exceptional analytical, written, and problem-solving skills
