Territory Manager

SalesPad is seeking a driven Territory Manager to expand our product’s footprint in the market. This role will focus on converting inbound and outbound new opportunities to close. A successful candidate is a persistent go-getter with strong communication skills to cultivate relationships from first contact. The candidate should also be a self-starter and willing to dig deep to reach or exceed quota.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Sell our product line to prospective clients while using an outcomes based approach
  • Work closely with our technical sales team to present products to prospective clients
  • Bring opportunities through the sales funnel to close
  • Maintain communication with prospective clients by calling and emailing
  • Prepare paperwork to activate new sales such as quotes, proposals and customer profiles
  • Diligently maintain a detailed log of prospective client contacts and sales activities in the SalesPad CRM system
  • Stay current with SalesPad’s product lines and custom development options
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market to augment pipeline
  • Vigorously maintain a robust pipeline
  • Report to the Sales Director on monthly sales results
  • Supply feedback to the Sales Director on opportunity quality, funnel effectiveness, and engagement efforts based on interactions with prospects

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

SalesPad is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. This role will focus on inbound lead qualification, moving leads into and through the beginning stages of the sales funnel, and scheduling discovery calls. A successful candidate is a persistent go-getter with strong communication skills to cultivate relationships from first contact.

 

As a Sales Development Representative, the typical day includes:

Junior Project Manager

The Junior Project Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of SalesPad’s software solutions, maximizing the customer’s experience while effectively communicating and managing projects and expectations. This is a highly visible role in the organization, requiring a combination of project management, technical, and interpersonal skills to be successful. The Junior Project Manager reports directly to the Manager of Professional Services.

  • Providing project leadership across all assigned projects
  • Leading and motivating teams to obtain desired results
  • Creating and maintaining healthy relationships with customers
  • Developing and managing the project plan for the implementation of SalesPad’s software
  • Communicating with customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Supporting the development and implementation of project management methods to enhance SalesPad’s implementation process
  • Working closely with other teams including support, development, and sales to meet customer needs

The Software Support Specialist is the problem solver for existing customers. They provide assistance to
our partners and clients by answering questions, investigating issues, and delivering resolutions to help
make the customer’s operations a success.


As a Software Support Specialist, the typical day includes:

Software Implementation Consultant

The Software Implementation Consultant plays a key role in the implementation of SalesPad software by providing business process consulting, system configuration, technical assistance, and training. The Software Implementation Consultant is responsible for ensuring the customer’s success in using SalesPad software to improve their overall business performance.


As an Implementation Consultant, the typical day includes:

  • Using technical skills to successfully implement SalesPad software
  • Providing business process, software, and project expertise to clients
  • Performing business requirements analysis based on feedback from clients during project kickoff calls
  • Leading discovery sessions to determine the optimal system configuration and business requirements for clients
  • Mapping business process requirements to software functionality, determining gap/fit, and designing solutions for any identified gaps
  • Identifying and recommending product customizations, enhancements, and/or workarounds to improve the client’s experience
  • Creating and/or modifying custom reports using the DevExpress report designer and/or SQL queries
  • Training users on new business processes and use of SalesPad software
  • Performing hands-on software configuration to customer specifications
  • Trouble-shooting and resolving issues resulting from system configuration
  • Communicating with clients and team members

 

This is the job for you if:

  • You have 2 or more years’ experience with ERP Software (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP, etc.)
  • You know distribution and/or manufacturing processes
  • You’re organized and can easily maintain multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in one or more of the following: Business, Accounting, Management/Computer Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related program
  • You’re experienced with software configuration, prototyping, and testing using leading ERP software solutions, such as SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, Microsoft AX, IFS, Infor, and Epicor
  • You’re passionate about serving clients in the Manufacturing and Distribution industry
  • You’re an exceptional presenter, organizer, and documenter
  • You’re an intuitive problem solver with business analysis skills
  • You learn quickly and communicate ideas clearly
  • You’re able to engage with technical resources, give phenomenal customer service, and learn continuously
