SalesPad Integration Will Simplify Order To Cash Flow
SalesPad and Nodus Technologies are together packaging an all-inclusive solution that helps simplify order-to-cash workflow for sales and payments.
The SalesPad Desktop (formerly SalesPad GP) product suite now includes a robust integration for payments through Nodus® Technologies’ PayFabric® and with Credit Card Advantage with the release of SalesPad Desktop version 4.5. Both join SalesPad’s CardControl as part of SalesPad’s Payments solutions.
SalesPad delivers easily scalable and customizable solutions for Microsoft® Dynamics GP and Intuit® QuickBooks® and QuickBooks Online. Nodus Technologies is a leading provider of electronic payment processing, online invoice presentment and bill pay, and eCommerce solutions for Microsoft Dynamics ERPs and CRM.
SalesPad Desktop simplifies sales document entry by providing an all-in-one order entry, inventory, and sales management solution. In integrating with Nodus Technologies’ PayFabric and Credit Card Advantage (CCA), this solution further enhances GP users’ experiences by offering electronic payment processing directly inside of SalesPad Desktop.
In addition to providing secure payment processing, PayFabric reduces liabilities by moving the point-of-entry, storage, and transmission of credit card information and other sensitive data from SalesPad GP and its customers’ environments to a secured cloud environment.
“The SalesPad-Nodus Technologies partnership is about enhancements that create increased business productivity,” said Jeremy Boogaart, SalesPad’s vice president of operations and business development.
“Finding ways to eliminate inefficiencies in managing business operations and processes is a focal point for both our companies,” he said. “We are focused on figuring out approaches to help work smarter, not harder.”
Nodus Technologies CEO Donte Kim said: “The synergy of Nodus and SalesPad has proven to be extremely valuable in helping each organization expand the market and create new opportunities, making the potential for this newfound partnership infinite. Our companies have individually established a reputation for providing industry-leading solutions, and I am excited to see what the future has in store for the both of us.”
PayFabric, CCA platforms
With PayFabric’s cloud-based payment acceptance platform and storage hub and Credit Card Advantage’s platform, take payments and connect data across all platforms, websites, and applications using a centralized hosted solution with secure data and simple integration.
PayFabric enables integrating with applications on all devices, online bill paying, credit card and e-check processing, accounting/ERP platforms, e-commerce, and customer relationship management (CRM). The platform currently supports payment gateways Authorize.Net, Chase Paymentech, CyberSource, FirstData, Moneris Solutions, PayPal, USAePay, and Worldpay.
CCA processes transactions while integrating with Desktop and Dynamics GP. Process credit cards and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions/e-checks directly in Desktop, and use CCA for electronic payment processing on-premise or off-premise or through PayFabric.
Protecting CardControl users
Through the partnership, SalesPad plans to phase out its CardControl credit-card processing application with CCA as the replacement. To protect CardControl users’ current investment, CardControl’s and CCA’s functionality and features are being matched up so SalesPad customers don’t have to purchase more. Also, while new SalesPad Desktop customers get CCA immediately, existing SalesPad customers won’t get CCA for up to two years.
CCA currently has some more features out of the box not found in CardControl, meaning more power for the buck for SalesPad customers.
Nodus Technologies and SalesPad are also working on integrating PayFabric with SalesPad 7thStage, a new cloud-based business management software providing back office and ERP functionality for QuickBooks Online.
