It’s award season here at SalesPad! That’s right — Capterra awards season!
If you aren’t familiar with Capterra, they are a leading software review platform highly respected by the tech community at large. They’re the go-to resource for evaluating the overall worth of any given software. And we’re so proud to announce that SalesPad has placed among the top 20 for Capterra’s Inventory Management Software Report. This is a big deal, guys!
In a lot of ways, SalesPad still feels like a scrappy start-up. We’re still a relatively small team with a roll-up-our-sleeves-and-get-it-done attitude, so to be ranked so highly among some of our “big guns” competitors is a real honor.
And as flattering as it is…we’re pretty sure we know how we got here.
It’s all about listening
SalesPad is hyper-focused on accelerating the order-to-cash process. We know that it’s of upmost importance to our customers. And it’s why we listen closely to what they have to say.
We get it. Our customers aren’t all that interested in the bells in whistles, or in our origin story, as compelling as that may be. They’re interested in what we bring to the table.
So we concentrate on making sure that what we bring to the table is value. At the end of the day, our customers need to make money. How can we help them do that?
This is the question we ask ourselves every day. Rumor has it that our CEO has it tattooed on his forearm. And the answer, at its core, is simple: we focus on what matters most to our customers. We pour our collective attention into visibility of true inventory data, flexibility in workflows, and ease-of-use of the software itself. And we focus on our CRM capabilities. And we toss and turn over automation functionality. If our customers value it, so do we. And when we value something, we work hard to improve, innovate, and offer it to our customers. It’s simply the SalesPad way.
